How fast can you start?
We typically kick off within 2 weeks of an executed SOW. For urgent migrations or compliance deadlines, we hold one expedited slot per quarter — ask.
Can we start with a smaller scope?
Yes. Stack Diagnostic is our 4–6 week entry point. It's also a clean way to evaluate fit before a Quarter Stack engagement.
What happens if our team can't operate the stack after handoff?
Every handoff includes runbooks, a live enablement session, and 30 days of post-delivery office hours. Subscription maintenance is also available for ongoing ownership.
Do you work with non-SaaS companies?

Will we need to migrate our warehouse?
No. We work on top of whatever you already pay for: Snowflake, Databricks, BigQuery, Redshift, or Palantir. If a migration is the right call, we'll say so — and scope it as a separate engagement.
